I Want to Join Chorus!!...
But how do i do it??!
Thanks for your interest in being a part of our organization!
Sign-ups for chorus are held at the end of each school year for the following year (rising 7th and 8th graders).
If you did not sign up, but decide once the school year has started that you would like to join, you have a couple of options.
1. If it is within the first couple of days of school (or anytime in the summer prior to school starting again), you may send a request via phone or email to Mrs. Pearce and the scheduling secretary, and if possible, you may have your schedule changed. In some cases, however, your schedule is set and cannot be changed (due to classroom numbers/class requirements/etc).
2. If it is after the first week of school, you will not be able to join without extenuating circumstances (new student to the school, other potential individual situations) until the second semester. You may STILL email Mrs. Pearce and the scheduling secretary, and your request will be put on hold until the second semester, when you will be able to enroll (assuming all other pieces of your scheduling puzzle line up).
